About Jim Bowman

photo of Jim BowmanJim Bowman is Principal at James Bowman Associates, a consulting firm that produces online training.  Prior to consulting, Jim served as Manager of Training and Development and then Director of Quality Assurance at Thilmany, a paper and converted products mill.  At Thilmany, he sponsored a comprehensive seminar on quality improvement, using leaders as teachers, that all 1500 employees completed.

James Bowman Associates has produced e-learning systems in health, safety, quality, customer service, auditing, and client-specific topics.  Clients range in size from 50 employees to large divisions of Fortune 500 companies.  These clients work in paper, steel, electronics, plastics, food packaging, insurance and non-profit community service.
